From a young age, I’ve always loved organising events and finding ways to make them a little more creative and special. That passion naturally carried over into the wedding industry, where I’ve spent the last 9 years honing my skills. Whether it’s finding the perfect serving style or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, I love helping people celebrate their special moments. I’ve embarked on a journey to create a meaningful business, embracing the idea that life is what we make of it, and sharing my passion with all of you.
Born and raised in Denmark, I was one of only 5 Indians in my school, which was both exciting and at times a bit daunting, much like moving to the UK 9.5 years ago. But those experiences shaped who I am and gave me a unique perspective on navigating new environments.

At Morii Events, we bring 17 years of combined experience in the catering industry. We believe every dish should tell a story, celebrating heritage, flavour, and connection. Founded by Sandeep, Morii is the realisation of her passion for bringing people together through food, thoughtful event planning and service. Her unique background blends Danish and Indian influences, inspiring dishes that are as vibrant and diverse as her journey. We are further strengthened by our Head of Kitchen, Joban, whose culinary expertise, logistical skills, and innovative approach to food ensure that every dish is full of flavour. The magic truly comes alive through the dynamic partnership between Sandeep and Joban, allowing us to transform fresh ingredients and inspired ideas into extraordinary dishes that tell a story on every plate.
Through the partnership of Morii Events and Saanjh Events, led by Joban, we bring together a shared passion for food and excellence in catering. Under our Saanjh Events brand, we proudly offer specialised services, including Gurudwara catering, takeaway, and home catering.
